Hey there! I'm David Mellor, a Senior Motion Designer based out of Portland, Oregon.

The focus of my motion design career has been primarily in the 3D space, where I not only build content with traditional tools, but also “by hand” using VR sculpting programs. My client work is mainly comprised of product-focused visuals or show titles, but I have an interest and working knowledge in character design and animation, as well as building procedural systems in Houdini. Between projects, you may find me posting new experiments on my instagram, where I continue to explore new avenues of creation, animation, and rendering.
